What to expect: Everything a classic Pinot Noir should be – aromatic, lively, and soulful. Brooks’ mission is to create excellent yet accessibly priced Pinot, which is no easy task. Often referred to as the “heartbreak grape”, Pinot is costly to grow and highly susceptible to all kinds of problems in the vineyard. 2018 was a hallmark vintage (aka a lucky one). This wine is beautifully floral and herbaceous with deep layers of juicy red fruit and soft, dusty tannins. Infinitely versatile with food, this may become your new “house red.”

Optimal Experience: Try chilling it in the fridge for 15 min before serving. Pair with anything from pork, to mushrooms, to spaghetti and meatballs.
